• Influencer-Led Marketing: The brand's success is largely attributed to the direct marketing efforts of Paul and KSI, who frequently promote the drink on their highly subscribed YouTube channels and other social media platforms.
• Limited Availability & Hype: Initially, Prime was difficult to find in many regions, which inadvertently created a sense of exclusivity and increased demand, leading to long queues and even reselling at inflated prices.
