🔥 Gündem This Update Changes Everything | Sailing Locked (#16) Explained

The "Sailing Locked" update refers to a significant content addition to the game Old School RuneScape (OSRS) ⁶. This update introduces sailing as a new skill, but in a unique phased release. Initially, the sailing content is implemented into the game in a "locked" state, meaning that while the technical infrastructure and most of the content are present, players cannot yet fully interact with or progress in the sailing skill ⁶. This technical pre-release allows developers to deploy the content and prepare for its official launch, which will then unlock the full sailing experience for players ⁶. This approach is part of the game's continuous development, with weekly updates and a dedicated development team ².
