🔥 Gündem VIBE Official Teaser | Starring Kunal Kemmu, Preity Zinta & Sparsh Shrivastava

The term "Vibe" in the context of movies can refer to a few different things, so it's important to clarify which "Vibe" you're asking about.

One interpretation, often discussed in online communities, refers to a type of film where the overall atmosphere, aesthetic, and emotional resonance (the "vibe") are considered more important than a complex or tightly structured plot ¹. In these "Vibe > Plot" movies, the story might be loose or even nonsensical, but the film is still enjoyable due to its unique mood, visuals, or character interactions ¹. Director David Lynch's works are often cited as examples of films that prioritize vibe over a conventional plot ¹.

There is also a specific film titled Vibes, released in 1988, which is an American romantic fantasy adventure comedy ⁴. Directed by Ken Kwapis, this movie stars Cyndi Lauper and Jeff Goldblum. The plot of Vibes centers on Sylvia, an eccentric psychic, and Nick, her equally unusual psychic friend. They embark on a journey into the Ecuadorian Andes, suggesting a mystical adventure storyline ⁴.

Furthermore, there appears to be a forthcoming Indian film titled Vibe, with news and updates available as of 2026 on platforms like Bollywood Hungama ⁹. Details about its specific plot are not yet widely available, but it is listed as an upcoming movie ⁹.

Given these different contexts, if you're referring to a film where the overall feeling and atmosphere are paramount, it's a "Vibe > Plot" movie. If you're asking about a specific film, it could be the 1988 Vibes starring Cyndi Lauper and Jeff Goldblum, or the upcoming 2026 Indian film Vibe.
